“My faith has changed so much since my experience at ECC. It got so much deeper and I see God, talk to him and just live my every day life with him and see how he is there in the small things, but also the big questions and doubts. He walks with me through all of it, and he really deserves all my praise! In
my walk of faith ECC and especially Steve and Charlotte made a big difference, to just live out my faith so much more in my everyday live, and not just in church or in my quiet time in the morning.
I learned that God is truly the one who deserves all the praise, that he prepares us with everything we need to live and even so much more. That he knows our deepest wishes and what we love (I mean how can he not, if he put it all in our hearts ;)) and that he just loves to spend time with us, to hear our prayers, and that no matter what happens, God is still in control.
And I got to experience that we really are a big family in God, with sisters and brothers all over the world, that connects so much!
I have grown a lot in my personal faith and to just trust in God that he provides me with everything I need. I also grew a lot in my leadership capabilities, because I got so many chances to try new things, to lead devotions, plan youth-group actions, be part of the worship team, speak in front of the whole
church in another language… So many things that shaped me into who I am right now, and I will be forever thankful for that! 😊”
