Four new members of the Ottawa Persian Church were baptized this past week!
Pine Grove Bible Church, another VMC church, hosted them for this special event.
There was prayer and a short message about the meaning and importance of baptism.
As they came out of the water, their brothers and sisters rejoiced in this outward commitment of faith.
After changing into dry clothes and being treated with coffee and sweets, each new baptized believer was given a framed Bible verse as their baptism verse from Pastor Omid.
God is at work!
Pray for these new believers as they begin their journeys of faith!
