Going to church was like entering a party.
It wasn’t like what I thought it was going to be –
not like how the media presents church.
It wasn’t about politics.
Church was about sharing the love – not hating people.
I knew that me and my family were always welcome.
We went from being on the edge to being a part of it.
Church has been like our new family.
