This Ministry Director/Pastor role will oversee the discipleship efforts of North Park Community Church (NPCC), along with its ministries for newcomers to Canada. Concerning NPCC’s discipleship efforts, the role will primarily focus on the maintenance, oversight, and expansion of our small group ministry and adult discipleship courses. For our newcomer outreach ministries, the position will be responsible to be the primary staff contact for our English as a Second Language ministry, and lead our Refugee Resettlement ministry. The goal is for this role to enable NPCC to more deeply form all generations to encounter the Triune God, through proclaiming and practicing the Living Christ together.
